Is there such thing as a non existent memory?

Album is an on going project conformed by numerous antique postcards and photographs from all over the world that I have been collecting over the years and pasting into an A3 notebook. My intention is to create a subtle relationship of images that form an Album of a non existent family, of never met people, never seen places in its majority, mixed with my own family tree. It is an aim to reconstruct my past, to integrate myself in it even if I am not able to recall it and to give these images a chance to be part of the present. It is also an acknowledgment to German artist Hans-Peter Feldmann, whose work similarly envelops collection, organization, and re-contextualization of images.
